Junior Conference Producer

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000

Job Description

1. Inviting and securing industry leaders and experts to speak at conferences pro bono.

2. Managing production budgets to enhance event success and profitability.

3. Securing replacement speakers when necessary.

4. Ensuring event production is completed within designated time frames.

5. Researching new topics and areas for conferences.

6. Collaborating with operations staff to manage events effectively from handover to event day.

7. Making sure speakers adhere to their allocated time slots.

8. Coordinating with sponsors to meet their event requirements.

Job Requirement

1. Proficient in multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.

2. Skilled in building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

3. Capable of communicating effectively and confidently.
