Hiring Urgently: IT Asset & Configuration Management Specialist (ServiceNow)

We are looking for an experienced IT Asset & Configuration Management professional to support a critical, audit-driven engagement. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB expertise, with a clear focus on data quality, governance, and delivery.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management and Configuration Management
- Proven experience working in audit, compliance, or regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage IT Asset and Configuration data quality within the CMDB (ServiceNow)
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance
- Ensure CMDB data quality across the eight data quality dimensions, providing transparency by entity and product
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure license compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce ITAM and CMDB policies, standards, and procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, service management, and audit teams to ensure CMDB integrity
- Prepare data and documentation to support internal and external audits
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within ITAM and CMDB practices
- Produce clear reporting, dashboards, and insights for management and stakeholders
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB
- Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and data governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and senior management levels
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
