Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Confirmations Operations team in Southeast Asia. This role is essential for ensuring that trade confirmations are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting our trading operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process trade confirmations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy of trade details.
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to trade confirmations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all trade confirmations and communications.
- Support the trading desk by providing necessary operational assistance and information.
- Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
Manage end-to-end confirmations lifecycle (drafting & validation),Draft and send outbound confirmations,Validate and match inbound confirmations.Product - FX, Money Markets, and Derivatives products
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and market operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of trade support systems and platforms is an advantage.
