Construction Lawyer

We Are Hiring: Construction Lawyer (Senior Role)

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Lawyerwho has extensive experience advising on complex construction law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, across a range of infrastructure, engineering, and real estate development projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, PAM, bespoke forms) and project documentation.

- Providing strategic advice to clients during project execution and post-completion phases.

- Working closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and project financiers.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience (PQE)in construction law.

- Candidates with slightly less experience but strong relevant expertise are also encouraged to apply.

- LL.B. with at least second upper classification, and completed BPTC/CLP.

- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- A demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and disputes independently.

- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
