Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This role includes planning, coordinating contractors and teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Supervisory Skills and managing construction teams effectively.
- Capabilities in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Construction processes and best practices, including proficiency in Construction Safety regulations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations is an advantage.
