Job Description

Overview

The Construction Manager (Mechanical) will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover.

Your role

  • Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate authority submissions and approvals.
  • Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs
  • Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, Vendor documents approvals, etc.
  • Manage final accounts closing.

About You

  • Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical System including HVAC, Fire, Process Gasses, Sanitary & Plumbing.
  • MEP construction management experience in Pharma/Industrial projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control.
  • Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages.
