Construction Manager (MEP) - Data Center

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities on-site for the data center project
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and international standards
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP works
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
• Drive quality control and assurance processes across all MEP disciplines
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Support client meetings, technical reviews, and project updates
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing
• Proven track record managing large-scale MEP packages for complex developments
• Strong understanding of:
  • HVAC (cooling systems, CRAH/CRAC, chillers)
  • Electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, MV/LV)
  • BMS and fire protection systems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
