Lead and drive the execution and coordination of construction works to ensure the project is delivered on-time, within specified scope, budget and quality. Liaison and maintain effective networking and rapport with various Government Agencies, Authorities, 3rd parties, local communities and other stakeholders to achieve projects goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Reports to Project Director and coordinate with the Project Director to define project objectives and deliverables and oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.
- Lead the project team including to ensure effective execution and coordination of project activities and monitor progress toward the achievement of project goals and objectives.
- Allocate project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials by monitoring resource utilization and identify any potential bottlenecks or constraints to achieve optima resource allocation.
- Conduct weekly progress meeting and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications and other relevant laws by conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress and identify any deviations and required to resolve any technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Maintain regular networking and communication with various stakeholders, including Government Agencies, Authorities, contractors, suppliers, local communities and other stakeholders to keep relevant stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones and changes to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Monitor and identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take appropriate actions to minimize the impact to ensure compliance with regulations and safety measures.
- Establish and monitor people performance across the project team in both management skills and technical expertise to ensure the capability and competency are align to overall business goals and expectation.
Qualifications
- At least a Degree in Civil engineering and any related disciple.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the highway management / constructions or relevant field.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment; and
- Advanced skills and knowledge in Microsoft Project, ideally with implementation experience and project setup experience.
