Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and allocate daily manpower while ensuring all work is carried out according to construction and shop drawings.
  • Monitor work progress, attend project meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Manager with shop drawing preparations, method statement submissions, and project documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, inspection records, handover documents, and defect lists in a timely manner.
  • Record and track all project defects, ensuring proper documentation for variation orders and other related matters.
  • Ensure projects are completed and handed over within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide proactive solutions to site-related issues in coordination with the Project Team.
  • Enforce proper construction safety measures and compliance at all times.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project operations.
  • Coordinate with workshops and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
  • Commitment to a 5.5-day work week schedule.
