Responsibilities

• Operate Microsoft Office software and perform basic computer tasks to support construction documentation and communication
• Apply professional civil engineering knowledge to identify and solve construction-related problems effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both oral and written forms to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Manage on-site construction processes for civil engineering foundations, main structures, and secondary structures to meet project requirements
• Execute tiling, plastering, puttying, platform construction, and panel installation tasks according to technical standards
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings accurately to guide construction activities
• Enforce on-site safety and civilized construction standards by identifying hazards and implementing preventive measures
• Conduct self-inspections and acceptance checks to ensure construction quality meets specified standards
• Protect finished products on-site to maintain quality and prevent damage during construction activities
