CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues efficiently and maintain project alignment.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other project documentation collaboratively with project teams.
• Direct daily activities of workers by briefing foremen and monitoring progress to ensure satisfactory quality and timely completion.
• Monitor workers punctuality and oversee accommodation and transport arrangements to support workforce efficiency.
• Advise workers on necessary safety precautions and enforce safe work practices on site.
• Report immediately any accidents, schedule delays, or equipment damage to relevant parties for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit shop drawings accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and prepare technical submissions with authorities, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing the master construction programme to support project planning.
• Support the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor to meet project needs.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues effectively.
