Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction site operations, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections to maintain work quality and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to manage teams effectively and ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Knowledge of Construction Safety practices and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing day-to-day site challenges.
• Prior experience in a construction supervision role is a plus.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architectural or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is beneficial.
