We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales & Support Executive to promote and support our accounting software solutions. The role involves engaging with potential clients to introduce our products, handling sales processes, and providing after-sales technical support and training to ensure client satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
- Identify, contact, and engage potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate accounting software solutions to clients (online or onsite).
- Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support:
- Provide first-level support for clients after implementation.
- Assist customers with software installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training sessions (online or onsite) for new clients.
- Work with the technical team for escalated support issues or system customization.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital technology, automation, and innovation.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to clients on emerging digital trends.
