Consultant (HR/ CM)

Summary:

A Consultant is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of client projects and ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and standards. The role drives project progress, reviews outputs, and ensures that all work meets HumanCap's processes and client expectations. Consultants are also expected to contribute to internal initiatives that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the overall leadership in managing, implementing, and monitoring the following functions (including but not limited to):

Project Delivery & Client Value

1. Plan, manage, and monitor project activities to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet HumanCap's quality standards.
2. Review and consolidate inputs from the project team into high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.
3. Ensure project recommendations, handover sessions, and client feedback processes are completed for every assignment.
4. Continuously look for opportunities to strengthen client outcomes and drive measurable impact from project deliverables.

Client Communication & Collaboration

1. Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication with client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
2. Proactively escalate project risks or challenges to relevant stakeholders and propose mitigation plans.
3. Coordinate logistics and ensure client meetings run smoothly (e.g., agendas, supporting documents, follow-ups).

Internal Process Improvement

1. Ensure all projects follow HumanCap's processes, templates, and quality standards consistently.
2. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools based on project learnings.
3. Ensure project plans include clear task ownership and responsibilities to promote accountability.

Learning & Growth

1. Provide guidance and coaching to project team members to ensure effective task execution and knowledge transfer.
2. Participate in and contribute to HumanCap's internal improvement initiatives and learning sessions.
3. Actively develop consulting skills, sector knowledge, and delivery capabilities to enhance performance over time.

What We're Looking For:

• Min 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in client-facing experience in consulting (HUMAN RESOURCE or CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
• Solid understanding of consulting and project planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or any related field
• Strong consultative, project management, and change management skills with proven experience in successfully delivering projects.
• Solid foundation in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to apply these in consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality work.
• Skilled in managing day-to-day project execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative.
• Capable of working independently while also leading and collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to respectfully challenge or question existing or proposed services, processes, or approaches when appropriate, to drive better outcomes.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong personal ethics in all aspects of work.
