To perform corporate finance assignments such as IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition etc
To perform other corporate services such as preparation of annual report etc
To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance, or professional qualification such as LCCI, ACCA, CPA, MIA certification or equivalent
1 to 2 years of external audit working experiences is preferred, however, fresh graduates are also welcomed
Fluent in both writing and speaking English (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages would be an added advantage)
