Consultant I

Job Scopes

• To perform corporate finance assignments such as IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition etc
• To perform other corporate services such as preparation of annual report etc
• To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance, or professional qualification such as LCCI, ACCA, CPA, MIA certification or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of external audit working experiences is preferred, however, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Fluent in both writing and speaking English (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages would be an added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Willing to travel as and when required
