• Perform recruitment functions including interviews, matching candidates to jobs, understand job seekers requirements
• Understand technicalities and details of respective job industries
• Working together with both clients and candidates to ensure respective interests and requirements are met
• Identify business opportunities and develop new business accounts

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
