Your new role
You will lead a regional consulting team, overseeing delivery, project outcomes, and client satisfaction. This includes managing consultants, driving utilisation, supporting ERP/ implementation projects, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.
- Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements and ensure quality delivery across ERP and retail management implementations.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with partners, customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Delivery.
- This is a senior leadership role that requires a balance of commercial acumen, delivery excellence, team leadership, and ERP domain expertise.
- Expand existing engagements and identify new business opportunities through strong client relationship management.
- Drive utilisation management, resource planning, and prioritisation of projects based on market demand and business impact.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in Professional Services leadership
- 10+ years ERP implementation experience
- Strong Business Central / ERP knowledge (LS Central is an advantage)
- Experience managing Clevel relationships and large-scale delivery environments
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
