Job Description

Job Description:

  • Consumables Inbound Management: Complete consumables receiving, quantity checking and document signing. Guide suppliers to place materials in compliance with warehouse rules and instruct drivers to finish designated shelf stocking to ensure standardized inbound storage.
  • Consumables Outbound Management: Manage daily consumables issuance for the outbound team, standardize material collection procedures, and guide drivers to complete off-shelf operations at designated locations to ensure accurate quantity and compliant operations for daily business demands.
  • Regular Inventory Counting: Conduct monthly consumables inventory checks, verify physical goods against system data, identify and correct data discrepancies, and ensure full consistency between actual inventory and system records.
  • System Data Maintenance: Operate and update the consumable management system daily. Accurately input receiving, collection and inventory records to ensure complete, real-time and precise system data for refined warehouse management.

Requirements:

  • High Vocational Certificate or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 2 years of work experience are required, preferably in logistics or warehouse-related fields
  • Aged under 40 years old.
  • Proficient in Excel experience with ERP and WMS systems is preferred.
  • Able to work overtime as required by business operations.
  • Able to operate manual forklift relevant warehouse working experience is preferred.
