Your role

Consumer Care Officer who is responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and better customer experience. Being business minded with generating revenue by offering extended warranty, consumable & accessories products to consumers.

What You'll Do

  • Answer phones professionally and respond to consumers enquiries (product, service &
  • spare part information).
  • Acquire detailed knowledge and understand the operation to resolve customer
  • and promote good customer experience.
  • issues
  • Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify, promote, and cross sell products and services, including extended warranty, maintenance services, consumables, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Close collaboration with internal team, Field Operation, Spare part, Sales & Marketing and Supply chain.
  • Close cooperation with external - authorized service contractor, dealer and logistic company
  • Support any other ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned related to customer
  • service from time to time.

Who You Are

  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
  • Demonstrates a customer- and consumer-centric mindset, bringing an external perspective to drive collaboration and encourage open feedback
  • Build trust and maintain strong working relationships across functions through effective communication
  • Adapts well to changing priorities and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • A strong team player with flexibility to provide support and coverage when needed
  • Pleasant disposition with clear and professional telephone etiquette
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining customer-focused, results-oriented, and disciplined
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

  • This role will be based at our Shah Alam office and will be reporting to Consumer Care Team Leader.
