Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content & Social Media Executive. The role involves creating engaging web and social media content, managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and writing high-quality content across multiple channels. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, analyze social media performance, and identify trends to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This multi-faceted role covers content creation, design, marketing automation, and the strategic planning required for online growth. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and leveraging digital tools to enhance our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Design eye-catching graphics, reels, and social media posts for various platforms
• Write compelling captions, short scripts, and effective marketing copy
• Ensure all content aligns with and maintains a consistent brand identity

Strategy & Planning

• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars based on business goals
• Plan and execute promotional activities and brand campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth

Automation

• Schedule posts efficiently using social media management tools
• Assist in automating marketing workflows and campaigns to streamline operations

Growth & Analytics

• Track engagement and key performance metrics to measure content success
• Analyze results and suggest actionable improvements to enhance audience growth

Required Skills

• Good design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and Content Strategy
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing multi-platform social media accounts
• Creative thinking and the ability to identify content trends and engage target audiences
• Organized and self-driven personality
• Experience with content performance analytics and familiarity with tools to track social media engagement
• Good understanding of content creation using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
• AI image generation skills (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, Meta Business Suite scheduling) is a STRONG plus

Qualifications

• Certification or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including social media management systems
