About the Role
We're looking for a creative, data-aware, culture-obsessed content mind who wants to help shape the voice of one of Asia's fastest-growing collectibles platforms. This role isn't just about posting content, it's about building narratives, spotting trends, understanding what makes people stop scrolling, and elevating Collektr's presence across TikTok, IG, FB, and YouTube.
You'll work alongside a dynamic marketing team and real creators, contributing ideas that directly impact our campaigns, launches, and community growth.
What You'll Do:
Creative Strategy & Content Development
- Brainstorm and develop high-engagement content ideas tailored to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Craft viral-potential hooks, story concepts, and platform-specific content formats.
- Collaborate closely with creators to produce scroll-stopping videos and short-form content.
- Identify and adapt trends, memes, sounds, and formats relevant to the collectibles and pop culture space.
Content Performance & Optimization
- Track analytics such as engagement rates, follower growth, audience behavior, and top-performing content.
- Provide simple but actionable insights on what worked, why it worked, and how to make it better next time.
- Assist in ongoing content experimentation (A/B hooks, thumbnails, formats).
Content Planning & Execution
- Support in building and maintaining Collektr's monthly content calendar for campaigns, product drops, streams, and community stories.
- Work with creators, designers, and marketers to ensure smooth content production workflows.
- Ideate, edit, and create simple social media videos that highlight the Collektr brand, drive engagement, and tap into viral trends to grow community reach.
Community Engagement
- Participate in the community by responding to comments, engaging with collectors, and amplifying conversations.
- Spot opportunities to feature sellers, collectors, creators, and interesting personalities from our community.
