Role Objective
Shvta Labs is a science-led, luxury skincare brand at a pivotal point of expansion. We are moving away from traditional agency models to build a world-class, high-agility in-house creative engine.
As our Content Creator & Brand Writer, you will be a core member of this creative team, bridging the gap between our 130-million-year-old rainforest ingredients and the digital-first consumer. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive content ecosystem that educates, inspires, and converts, working alongside other creatives to bring the Shvta vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Multimedia Content Production: Script, film, and edit aesthetic short-form videos for Youtube and Instagram, focusing on product rituals, ingredient education, and brand vibe.
- Educational Blog Writing: Write 12 weekly blog posts. Topics include Ayurvedic benefits, the science of Ghee-based skincare, and sustainability in the Malaysian rainforest.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Participate in daily creative huddles to pitch ideas, refine campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Integrate AI tools (LLMs) into your daily routine to perform research, generate first drafts for blogs, and optimize social media captions.
- SEO & Growth: Use basic SEO principles to ensure our Slow Beauty philosophy ranks high on Google.
- Community Management: Engage with our Glow Community, answering questions about ingredients and rituals with a helpful, brand-aligned tone.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Creative Media.
- Writing Mastery: Exceptional English writing skills (the ability to write luxury/wellness copy). Proficiency in BM is a major plus.
- Visual Literacy: A strong eye for Clean Beauty aesthetics. Experience with CapCut, Canva, and smartphone videography.
- AI Curiosity: No prior expertise is required, but you must demonstrate an eagerness to learn AI prompting to improve your writing and editing speed.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit who thrives in a team environment and is excited to co-create with other designers and strategists.
