1. Content Strategy

  • Oversee the creation of official account content, ensuring short videos are optimized for Shoppable features
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting hooks and product-centric storytelling

2. Video Shooting & Editing

  • Shoot videos using phone or basic equipment
  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut or TikTok editor
  • Add captions, effects, and trending sounds
  • output expectation, 3–5 videos per day (20–30 per week)
  • Fast turnaround (same-day or next-day edits)

3. Content Scheduling & Timeline Execution

  • Ensure all content is uploaded accurately and on time according to the content calendar
  • Follow campaign timelines, product launches, and marketing schedules

4. Performance Ownership

  • Take full responsibility for video performance
  • Monitor video key metrics
  • Use insights to refine future content strategies

5. Shop Management & Campaign

  • Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop backend operations, including product listing, stock management, and SKU bundling strategies
  • Plan and execute platform campaigns (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, Payday Sale) and customized brand promotions to drive traffic
  • Optimize product display, titles, and descriptions for better search & shopping center visibility

6. Data & GMV Accountability

  • take full ownership of Shop GMV goals, monitoring key metrics such as CTR, CVR, and Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Analyze performance data to adjust pricing strategies and product selection
  • Take full responsibility for video performance
  • Monitor video key metrics
  • Use insights to refine future content strategy

7. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with marketing / sales team on campaigns
  • Provide simple weekly reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop (Seller Centre) management
  • Proven track record in driving GMV growth for FMCG, Beauty, or Sports brands
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and e-commerce conversion funnel
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (due to coordination with regional teams/HQ)
  • Able to multi-tasking and adapt to fast pace environment
