Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented TikTok Content Creator to join our growing team. This role focuses on planning, producing, and editing engaging short-form videos that align with brand identity and drive audience engagement. You'll be working closely with the live host, operation team and will report to Managing Director. Fresh graduates with strong creativity and video editing skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

1. Core TikTok Expertise

  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm & trends (hooks, watch time, retention, FYP behavior)
  • Proven experience producing high-performing TikTok content (organic + paid is a plus)
  • Ability to identify and adapt trending sounds, formats, and challenges quickly
  • Familiar with TikTok trends (sounds, formats, challenges, etc.), user behavior, and content ideation

2. Content & Editing Skills

  • Hands-on experience with short-form video editing using editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools)
  • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and hook creation (first 3 seconds matter)
  • Knowledge of UGC-style content and native TikTok formats (nonover-produced)

3. Performance & Analytics

  • Able to analyze TikTok insights (views, CTR, retention rate, conversion, GMV impact) and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Experience optimizing content based on data and performance reviews
  • Strong understanding of GMV-driven vs brand-awareness content differences

4. General

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in problem-solving and time management.
  • Strong visual sense and brand awareness to produce content that fits brand identity.
  • Creative thinker who can execute ideas independently and bring fresh perspectives.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibility:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok short videos independently with strong creativity and execution
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends and user behavior, quickly generating content ideas that ride on trending formats
  • Perform post-production editing, including cuts, subtitles, background music, and effects using editing software
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual standards
  • Monitor and analyze video performance data to optimize content strategy and improve reach & engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports TikTok campaigns and business objectives
  • Develop and implement targeted content strategies based on TikTok's algorithm to boost video exposure, engagement, and monetization
  • Manage and optimize video publishing schedules, regularly adjusting strategies based on data analysis and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand positioning and business goals
