About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across our social media platforms — primarily TikTok and Meta (Instagram and Facebook). This role suits someone who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, has a strong sense of storytelling, and is confident using AI tools to enhance content output.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish video content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create a variety of content formats including product demos, promotional videos, lifestyle content, and storytelling videos
- Appear on camera when required; comfortable both as on-screen talent and behind the lens
- Assist the product team with product shoots when needed
Script Writing & Content Planning
- Write clear, engaging scripts for videos and campaigns
- Develop content calendars and plan shoots in advance
- Leverage AI tools to support ideation, scripting, and content planning
Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedules and publish content according to marketing timelines
- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour on TikTok and Meta
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Campaign Support
- Align content with ongoing marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Track basic content performance and share observations with the team
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut) and design tools (e.g. Canva)
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation workflows
- Strong skills in smartphone videography and photography
- Confident on camera with a natural, engaging on-screen presence
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and open to feedback
Additional Advantages
- Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
- Knowledge of TikTok and Meta algorithms
- Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop
- Portfolio of past content work required
