The Content Creator (Live Host) Executive is responsible for creating engaging digital content and hosting live sessions to promote the company's F&B brand, products, and campaigns. This role focuses on driving audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing initiatives through creative storytelling and on-screen presence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in content creation, live hosting, or social media marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Confident on camera with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, energetic, and able to engage with online audiences effectively.
- Basic skills in video editing, photography, and social media management tools are an added advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, for live sessions or events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote the brand and its products.
- Act as an on-screen live host for social media live sessions, showcasing products, promotions, and customer interactions in a lively and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand's tone and marketing strategies.
- Assist in scriptwriting, video shooting, editing, and post-production to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
- Monitor live session performance, audience engagement, and feedback to improve future sessions.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media postings, influencer collaborations, and content scheduling.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and F&B industry developments to enhance content effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency in all communication and visual materials.
