Content Creator / Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator / Social Media Marketing Intern to support content planning, design, and execution for AI and healthcare-related initiatives. You will work closely with our director, doctor, and business teams to create impactful content and strengthen our digital presence. The intern will focus on transforming ideas into engaging content and managing the content workflow from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Assist in planning monthly content calendars and social media campaigns

• Research trending topics related to AI, healthcare, digital health, and medical innovation

• Brainstorm content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts

2. Content Creation & Execution

• Create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

• Design graphics, captions, short videos, and educational content

• Coordinate and support video shoots involving doctors and founders

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form content and social media materials

3. Podcast & Video Support

• Assist in planning podcast topics and discussion points

• Support video recording, editing, and content production

• Create behind-the-scenes and promotional content

4. Webinar & Event Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating webinars and online events

• Prepare presentation materials and promotional content

• Support webinar execution and post-event content

5. Analytics & Growth

• Monitor social media engagement and content performance

• Assist with reporting and proposing new ideas for audience growth

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong interest in AI, healthcare, and digital technologies

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage

• Basic video editing and content creation skills preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and in a team environment
