About the Program

Join the Global Strategy Center at Ant International. Through our flagship initiative, 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion, we empower underserved communities with future-ready Fintech skills. We don't just teach; we create high-impact learning experiences that drive real social change. You will be at the heart of this mission, crafting stories that inspire the world.

Your Role

We are seeking an intellectually curious Finance, Economics, or Technology enthusiast who loves breaking down complex concepts into clear learning paths. You won't just be organizing files; you will be a key partner in translating industry expertise into impactful curriculum.

  • Design: Help build curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and interactive learning modules that make complex Fintech concepts easy to understand.
  • Research: Investigate digital skill gaps, EdTech trends, and inclusive learning practices specifically for the Asian market.
  • Analyze: Collect and interpret learner data (feedback, assessments) to continuously improve program outcomes.
  • Localize: Adapt content to ensure it resonates with diverse cultures and languages across the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Background: Currently studying or recently graduated (within 1 year) in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Fintech, or related fields.
  • Subject Matter Curiosity: A strong passion for the intersection of finance and technology. You understand the basics of digital payments, blockchain, or economic trends and want to teach them to others.
  • Structured Thinking & Communication: Ability to synthesize complex technical or financial information into clear, structured, and engaging learning materials.
  • Research & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with qualitative/quantitative research methods and basic data tools (Excel, SPSS, etc.) to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Language: Native-level English (Written & Spoken) with excellent writing skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-learning platforms (Articulate, Moodle, Google Classroom) and productivity tools.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in tutoring/teaching, prior involvement in case competitions, or proficiency in local languages (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil).

Why Join Us

  • Real Impact: Design scalable learning programs that directly benefit underserved communities under the Ant International banner.
  • Expert Exposure: Work alongside global experts in education strategy, talent development, and Fintech.
  • Skill Growth: Gain hands-on experience in Instructional Design, data-driven decision-making, and cross-cultural adaptation.
  • Career Boost: Receive a competitive stipend, completion certificate, and a performance-based recommendation letter.
