What You'll Do:
- Lead and guide the social media team (IG, TikTok) on content strategy and direction.
- Review and approve social media plans to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
- Scout, manage and collaborate with local UGC creators, influencers, and talents for campaigns.
- Plan, execute and optimise TikTok ad campaigns for product launches and promos.
- Support TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations by overseeing product content, livestream scripting, and basic visual asset management.
- Collaborate with UGC creators/talents and internal teams to produce engaging social commerce content (videos, livestreams, short-form content).
- Track and analyse campaign and sales performance metrics to optimise content and customer engagement strategies.
- Explore new tools, trends, and creative formats to continuously improve the brand's social and e-commerce presence.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop and e-commerce trends.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or TikTok content strategy.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok and Instagram channels (brand or agency side).
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, UGC trends, influencer marketing, and paid ad management.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an eye for visual content.
- Experience with basic content production, scripting, and working with creators/talents.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills comfortable using data to guide content and campaign decisions.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
Salary: RM3,000 RM4,000
