About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content in Bengali in accordance with platform guidelines and policies
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content
- Ensure content complies with company standards and legal requirements
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team when necessary
- Maintain high accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in Bengali
- Minimum English communication level: B2
- Valid Passport
- Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and shift-based environment
