Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicatedContent Moderator (Mandarin Speaker)to join our team atTP Malaysia, based at the Gtower office. You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and positive experience for users by reviewing and moderating content such as videos, images, and text that may violate community guidelines or platform policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, etc.) inMandarin and English.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
• Accurately identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Maintain high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the improvement of moderation guidelines.
• Work onrotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
• Collaborate with team members and report any issues or trends to management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency inMandarin and English(reading, writing, and understanding).
• Willingness towork onsiteat Gtower
• Flexibility to work on arotational shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, objective decisions.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
