Description

We are seeking a Content Moderator - SME - CSAM & CSEM Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards related to child safety and exploitation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards related to CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and CSEM (Child Sexual Exploitation Material).
  • Identify, assess, and escalate potential CSAM and CSEM incidents in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and child protection agencies as necessary, ensuring timely reporting of illegal content.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and outcomes, providing reports as required.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and issues related to CSAM and CSEM to improve moderation processes and training.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in content moderation, digital safety, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CSAM and CSEM issues, including relevant laws and regulations in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess content and make informed decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content and situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using moderation tools and software, as well as familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
