What You Will Do
- Manage In-App Content Configuration: Oversee the scheduling, updates, and overall content configuration for the WeTV Japan/Korea/LATAM region platform.
- Execute Content Strategies: Implement refined operational strategies for key WeTV contents.
- Drive User Engagement and Revenue: Execute operational strategies focused on boosting user activity and driving revenue growth within the platform.
- Support Variety Programming: Act for variety show projects and manage operational executions for overseas self-produced variety content.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Conduct comprehensive data reviews and provide actionable feedback regarding WeTV's performance in the Japan region.
- Support Project-Based Operations: Provide operational support for various project-based initiatives as required.
What We Would Like to See in You
- Bachelor's degree or above in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Native-level fluency in Chinese and business-level proficiency in English, AND you have the proficiency or experience studying/living in either Japan, Korea, or Spanish/Portuguese-speaking countries.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry (TV dramas and variety shows, etc.) with a strong sense of internet trends and deep insight into entertainment content.
- Proven copywriting and planning abilities, coupled with a data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and propose optimization suggestions.
- Skilled in image and video editing tools, including Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage internal and external resources.
- Strong execution, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond quickly to tasks under pressure.
