Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Create short-form and long-form content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute content ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and quality across all content.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and new editing tools or techniques.
• Optimize videos for social media algorithms, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Maintain an organized media library and archive all project files.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Comms, Design, Multimedia, Film, Digital Media, or related field (or strong portfolio equivalent)
• 12 years of hands-on video editing or content creation experience (internships and freelance work are welcome).
• Proficient in video editing software (DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or equivalent)
• Familiar with AI-based video and content tools (you don't need to know them all, but must be curious and willing to learn fast)
