Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Specialist focusing on Instagram and TikTok, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing content strategies tailored for Instagram and TikTok. Daily tasks include creating engaging short-form video content, managing content calendars, conducting relevant trend research, and optimizing posts to enhance reach and engagement. The role also involves coordinating with teams to ensure brand consistency and tracking content performance to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for social media platforms
• Experience in Web Content Writing and developing Content Strategies for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Content Management for social channels, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends and algorithms
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual and written storytelling
• Proven ability to plan and organize content schedules effectively
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field is advantageous
• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
