- Support video-based content with clear scripts, summaries, or subtitles when needed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into user-friendly formats.
Competitor Research & UX Optimization
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis, including benchmarking content styles, formats, and delivery methods.
- Research digital learning and fintech community trends to shape content strategy.
- Identify UX/content friction points through feedback and analytics, and propose improvements.
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to align content with platform journeys.
