Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content (English and Mandarin Chinese) for internal and external publications and communications, including but not limited social media content, forum content, video scripts, and website copy
• Conducting research on any given topic
• Working closely with internal team members to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and style
• Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects
• Oversee end-to-end translation management, including request intake, coordination, and delivery

Skills and Experience that WOW us:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to the CFD/financial services industry is a strong plus
