Key Accountabilities
- Manage day to day operations of the TM&CL programs, including direct oversight of the managed service providers (MSP) to drive a good user experience.
- As a key member of the Excellence and Experience team, provide proactive support to end users through providing quick resolution to end program queries encompassing processes, strategies, systems and the organization.
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships through supporting cross functional teams that address and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and deploy program management training and awareness sessions supporting existing needs and new initiatives.
- Act as SME to lead key delivery initiatives including new country and business unit implementations and strategic deployments.
- See opportunities to improve Procurement operations and processes through running improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of day-to-day MSP performance, interfacing back to bp's internal businesses and stakeholders.
- Develop and own working relationships with users across the wider bp businesses.
- Required participation to deliver a 24/7 coverage to handle to conclusion, any incidents impacting bp employees. Requires adherence to bp's HSSE policies, bp Incident Management Plans and direction provided by Group Crisis & Continuity Management, Security/Group Health and on the ground Incident Management teams.
Essential Education
- An undergraduate degree (ideally in procurement or business) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years-experience in a global contingent labour or travel program management role
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in delivering communication and change management plans and campaigns.
- Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment
- Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization
- Engaging and collaborative way of working
- Resilient and experienced in working in multifaceted environment
- Skilled in delivering customer service
- Proven experience in working through crisis situations (i.e. evacuations, locating travellers during an emergency incident, provide clear guidance and communication to employees impacted in an event, recovery to business-as-usual state)

- Influencing-Proactively handles a wide range of stakeholders to overcome resistance and achieve a successful result from projects. Varies communication to address specific partner needs and to gain commitment and support.
- Relationship Management- Takes full ownership of engagement issues with partners, monitors relationships and acts on relevant feedback. Maintains, develops and leverages long term strategic relationships with key senior-level representatives of relevant internal and external organizations and professional groups
Desirable criteria
- 4 years of TM&CL service delivery experience
- Strong customer service competence – ability to balance perspective including compassion to customer and issue resolution with supplier
- Solid understanding of TM&CL supply chains
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass vendor management system
- Working knowledge of bp accounts payable / support processes including vendor set up
- Experience of implementing and handling effective business change
- Working knowledge of procurement category management and project Management
