Job Description
The Contract and Administration Manager contributes to customer satisfaction and retention by supporting the timely and proper execution of activities related to contract management in close collaboration with regional and local stakeholders. This includes proactive interaction with Sales, Finance and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of pre- and post-contract renewal activities.
Responsibilities
- Support contract administration, creation and approval management in salesforce CONGA and offline
- Coordinate, monitor & maintain FTI due diligence governance to ensure distributor due diligence status is recorded, pro-actively managed and governed according to Global Policy
- Administer FTI database on daily basis incl. data updates and initiation of defined reporting and escalation support
- Review contract requests and checklists and liaise with internal commercial stakeholders to ensure the information is clear and correct in preparation for contract approval
- Summarize price and rebate information and reflect in contracts
- Draft contracts using templates and data provided by Commercial, Legal and Finance teams
- Obtain approvals from the relevant departments for contract related requests and coordinate respective special approvals subject to risky term governance / matrix
- Proactively monitor contract renewal deadlines
- Run ad hoc reports on FTI tracking and related escalations
- Support and assist in other areas of contract management and commercial administration as required
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Business acumen and ability to relate to the business and its stakeholders
- Logical and organized with a process/system mindset and attention to details
- Able to multi-task and use own initiative
- Must be able to work with both speed and accuracy with particular emphasis on Data Entry
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as across the entire Sales Operations team are essential
- Verbal and written English language skills
Work Environment:
- Normal office environment/setting
- Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
- Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
Travel: Travel maybe required on occasion
Experience:
- 3-5 years in commercial support roles
- Experience of working in a multinational environment would be an advantage
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent required
