Manage full lifecycle of contracts, including both pre-contract (tendering, costing, estimation) and post-contract (administration, variation orders, claims) activities
Lead and coordinate tender processes, including preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations
Perform detailed costing, budgeting, and cost analysis to ensure project financial efficiency and accuracy
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor identification, evaluation, and management for M&E-related works
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project, finance) to align procurement and contract strategies with project goals
Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and regulatory requirements
Identify commercial risks and provide mitigation strategies across project lifecycle
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery
Support strategic procurement planning and contribute to long-term cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (both M&E knowledge is required)
Proven experience in both pre-contract and post-contract management within construction or engineering projects
Strong exposure to tendering, costing, and sourcing activities
Solid understanding of M&E systems and project requirements
Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
Good negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience in data centre projects is an added advantage
