Tender Analysis: Reviewing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) to define project scope, technical specifications, and delivery timelines;
Cost Estimation: Collaborating with procurement, engineering, and finance to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and labor hour estimates;
Bid Documentation: Compiling the final techno-commercial proposal, ensuring it adheres to internal quality standards and external industry regulations;
Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations;
Conduct quantity take-offs and basic cost analyses from drawings;
Compile technical and commercial documents for submission;
Maintain tender tracking, vendor databases, and cost records;
Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VO), and cost reports;
Support in verifying subcontractor claims and quotations;
Collect site data and measurement records for valuation purposes;
Maintain contract documentation, VO logs, and correspondence records;
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams on contract-related matters;
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and client contractual obligations;
To perform any additional task that is assigned by Management as and when required.
Requirement
Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Degree in Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience;
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;
