Contract Executive
Responsibilities:
- Excellent in BQ measurement &taking off and re-measurement
- Able to work Independently, Self-motivated, Initiative and Interpersonal Skills.
- Liasions with Supplier, Sub-Contractor and other parties as required for accomplishment of project.
- Responsible to measure quantity of works, contract adminstration (Pre & Post Contract adminstration) and procurement.
- Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
- Providing advice on contractual claims
- Preparation of sub-contract agreements
- Detailed budgets and cost plans
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Others or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad ,MS Office, MS Word & etc
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible, pleasant and independent personality
- Poses own vehicle would be an added advantage.
