Role Overview

As the Contract Product Operation at CoinW you are responsible for bridging business requirements and product development, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of contract products. Your role involves collaborating with multiple departments, monitoring product performance, and driving enhancements that optimize user experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and deep understanding of contract and derivatives trading.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate contract product requirements from all business departments, and drive product iterations based on priority.
• Oversee the overall product planning, solution design, and implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor product user experience and drive optimization initiatives based on user feedback.
• Assist business departments in reporting and resolving online product issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in contract operations on digital trading platforms or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong logical thinking, proactive in identifying product issues, and able to summarize insights from daily work.
• Strong analytical, review, and summarization abilities; innovative mindset and ability to challenge the status quo are preferred.
• Deep understanding of contract and derivatives trading; candidates with a financial background are preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, adaptable to fast-paced work, with proficiency in English as a working language.
