Over the years, we have been involved in numerous landmark projects across Malaysia, including Setia EcoHill, Eco Majestic, the West Coast Expressway (WCE) Highway, Desa ParkCity, and many more major developments nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare subcontractor certificates, measurements, variation orders (VO), and cost estimations.
- Support the subcontractor awarding process, including quotation evaluations and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of subcontractor and main contractor final accounts.
- Prepare progress claims, interim certificates, variation orders, and subcontractor payment certificates.
- Compare Bills of Quantities (BQ) against construction drawings and identify quantity variances.
- Compile and maintain project documentation, including bank guarantees, insurance, CPC, CMGD, and direct payment records.
- Support ISO implementation, documentation, and audit compliance activities.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and organized contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in post-contract activities in the construction industry.
- Experience in handling infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the initiative to propose solutions.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor.
