3-5 years of experience in ControlM Operations mandatory
Handson experience managing batch jobs across
Windows
UnixLinux
AS400
Mainframe
Proficiency in incident change management using Remedy
Good understanding of scheduling concepts calendars dependencies and batch workflow design
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience in financial services domain is an added advantage
Good to Have
Knowledge of ControlM Admin or ControlM Automation APIs
Familiarity with scripting Shell PowerShell REXX CL
Exposure to ITIL processes and certifications ITIL Foundation
Shift working Conditions
24x7 shift or rotational support based on business requirement
Oncall support as needed
