We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Control Tower to join our team based in
Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationships Build and maintain professional, effective customer relationships.
- Calls Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Support Assist with account management and transaction processing.
- Technical Provide product and technical support related to transactions, feedback, and customer requests.
- Availability Support public holiday operations as required by organizational needs.
- Coordination Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
- Resolution Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in line with agreements and processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is a must. requiring detailed knowledge of a business process and good command of English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
- Performs semi-routine tasks through the application of established knowledge and procedures, with potential guidance to junior staff.
- Rotational shift pattern providing 24/7 support, 365 days with no fixed off days.
- Requires 13 years of relevant job-related experience and technical/vocational training.
