What We Ask
- Academic/Master degree in Finance, post-graduate qualification (EMFC/RC/RA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in (business) controlling
- Used to working in international business environment

Vacancy Description
Strategy and Tactical input:
- Lead customer / channel team performance agenda. Understands key drivers and leads action to improve financial performance at Customer level across brands, investments (both promotional and A&P), pricing, and growth building blocks
- Co-Pilot the two Commercial Managers in Malaysia for H&B and QSR
- Co-lead to the development of the long term business strategy of the assigned area
- Lead insights into action and impact stakeholders with best in class business insights both ad-hoc responding to questions and pro-actively sharing of insights
Analysis & Reporting:
- Make impactful analysis, give advice based on findings and analyze customer- and product-portfolio performance (volumes, net sales, profitability, mix, cost prices)
- Lead monthly reporting of results in business meeting to FC-P APAC LT and CD Malaysia MT
- Responsible for financial control and month-end-close processes for Malaysia and all Principal flows from NL to Asia
(Sales) Management Advisory:
- Take the lead in commercial budgeting and periodic re-forecasting for assigned countries, work closely with local teams to obtain required commercial input;
- Take financial lead role in assigned commercial projects, responsible for business cases and challenging commercial inputs and assumptions. Examples are business cases are expanding portfolio within countries via existing products and NPD and value engineering projects
- Support local commercial team with pricing/rebate guidance
