Objective
We are looking for a motivated Controlling Analyst to support financial controlling activities within a defined scope. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in finance and controlling.
Responsibilities- Perform operational controlling tasks, including:
- Contract reviews
- Monthly reporting and budget tracking
- Forecasting and annual budgeting
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and deep dives on costs and investments
- Execute charging activities and manage residuals
- Analyze and monitor cost flows
- Provide insights on cost drivers to key stakeholders
- Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure accurate, timely financial data and transparency for stakeholders
- Independently handle assigned tasks and escalate deviations when required
- Communicate findings using a fact-based approach, tailoring messaging across different stakeholder levels
- Apply predefined solutions and adapt them based on analysis to resolve issues
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) Fresh graduates or candidates with <1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of financial reporting and controlling concepts IT skills: SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, Microsoft Office (dashboard experience is an advantage) Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to commit to a 9-month leasing role.
