Join Maxis as a
Converged Voice and VAS Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting the planning, design, and implementation of voice and value-added service solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build your technical expertise, and gain exposure to real-world telecom infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, design, implementation, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of converged voice and VAS solutions.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth system integration and deployment activities.
- Participate in testing processes to validate system performance, functionality, and reliability.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during different project phases.
- Support documentation of system processes, configurations, and project updates.
Value-Added Project Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to work on a value-added project focused on the Automation of Database Change Requests, where you will help streamline and improve efficiency in handling database updates and modifications.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Educational background in Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of network systems and infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, technical environment.
